Investigation Underway After Body Found in Ottawa County

A homicide investigation in northeast Oklahoma after a body was found in the ghost town of Cardin, just southwest of Picher. The body of a man believed to be in his early 20’s was found in a small ditch full of water. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is continuing to gather more details and no arrests have been made.
