Have you done your taxes? Tomorrow, April 17th, is the deadline to file your state and federal income tax returns. For people like Caley Hedman, co-owner of Churchwell Hedman Tax Group, it’s a really busy time.
“Each year it gets busier and busier, or at least that’s what it seems like. More newer clients are needing tax services. We’ve seen a huge increase this year.”
This year’s income tax deadline is on the 17th because the traditional deadline day, April 15th, was on a Sunday. And today, Monday the 16th is a legal holiday in the District of Columbia–Emancipation Day.
