MO Senate Asks Chapelle-Nadal To Resign

The Missouri Senate has asked one of its members to resign.  Last month, Senator Maria Chapelle-Nadal posted on Facebook that she hoped President Trump would be assassinated.  During Wednesday’s (9/13) veto session, the Missouri Senate passed a resolution rebuking her.  Webb City State Representative Charlie Davis tells News Talk KZRG the Senate’s resolution has three parts.
“Number one, resign.  Number two, it was a very strong censure.  And number three, it left in place the ability of the Senate to remove her from office in the future.”
That resolution passed the Senate 28-2.
